Yes. The Starter tier has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all core modules with a limit of 10,000 events so you can run a realistic integration test before committing.
We notify you at 80% and 100% of your quota by email. Events above the cap are queued rather than dropped, and we work with you to upgrade before the queue fills. We don't cut off production traffic without warning.
Listed prices exclude 7% Thai VAT. For registered Thai businesses, invoices include a full VAT breakdown and our VAT registration number for deduction purposes.
Annual billing is available on Pro and Enterprise and saves the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. Contact us to switch your existing subscription to annual.
The SLA covers API availability and event delivery latency, measured monthly. Downtime is defined as error rates exceeding 1% for more than five consecutive minutes. Service credits are applied automatically to your next invoice — no claim required.
